The Fishing Lodge is open for bookings from the beginning of March to the end of September and is normally booked by the week, although shorter breaks of minimum 3 nights stay can be arranged, subject to availability. The rates are shown below and run from Saturday to Saturday. Longer rentals may be available outside of the main holiday season and all enquiries are welcome

All rates include a welcome pack comprising fresh baked scones or cakes, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, mineral water, jam and spread. Arrival on your first day is welcome from 3.00pm onwards, to ensure your accommodation is fully prepared ready for your break to commence. On your departure day, the accommodation must be vacated by 11.00am

 

The Fishing Lodge accommodation is pet friendly for owners with well controlled pets. All pets must sleep overnight outside of the accommodation, in either guests' vehicles or kennel accommodation which can be provided. Care must be taken to avoid pets wandering into neighbouring property

 

The shores of Lough Mask

 

A lake boat with fully serviced petrol engine and life jackets is available for either fishing or pleasure. Guests staying for a full week and wishing to use the boat for the full week, the hire charge for the boat, engine and fuel is €350. If the boat is not required for the full week, a hire charge of €80 per day applies. It is mandatory for all guests using The Fishing Lodge boat to wear the lifejackets supplied at all times whilst in the boat

 

Michael, the owner, provides a professional guide service for those guests who are not familiar with Lough Mask, including advice on where to fish and what tackle and techniques to use. The daily charge for the guiding service is €180. In addition to guiding on Lough Mask, Michael can provide this service, including boat and transport, to fish on Lough Corrib and Lough Carra
